  • Chopped fresh fruit (banana or mango) - 100 grams
  • Chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh corn kernels and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the corn mixture into a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Once the mixture starts to thicken, add the plant-based milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until creamy.
