Steps

  1. Shuck the fresh green corn and remove all silk strands.
  2. In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Once the water is boiling, carefully add the ears of corn to the pot.
  4. Boil the corn for about 15-20 minutes, until tender.
  5. Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the corn before serving.
