Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 300 grams
  • Carrots - 100 grams
  • Green peas - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 100 grams
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes and carrots, then place them in a pot of salted water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes and carrots for about 15 minutes, or until they are tender.
  3. Add the green peas to the pot for the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  4. Drain the vegetables and let them cool for a few minutes.
