- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh

- Parmesan cheese (optional, kosher) - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
