  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams (halved)
  • Spinach - 100 grams (fresh)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
