Steps
- Start by washing the chayote and cutting it in half. Remove the seed and slice it into thin strips resembling pasta.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chayote strips to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still slightly crunchy.
