- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zucchini noodles.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the canned tuna (drained) to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
