- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - optional, to taste
Steps
- Rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well.
- Soak the dried seaweed in warm water for about 5 minutes until rehydrated, then drain and chop into small pieces.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the rehydrated seaweed to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the Shirataki noodles to the sauce, tossing to coat them well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix in the chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
