  • 1/4 cup fresh basil - chopped

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create thin noodle-like shapes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still slightly firm.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped basil. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
