- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
