- Butter - 30 grams
- All-purpose Flour - 20 grams
- Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
