  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
  • Vegetable broth - 250 ml
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the fresh green peas to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
