Steps
- Soak the dried beef in water for at least 4 hours or overnight to soften. Drain and shred it into small pieces.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the shredded dried beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
