  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender.
  5. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.

  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix in the chopped basil.
  9. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
