Steps
- Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced celery to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
