- Ground chicken - 400 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Natural casings (optional) - 2 meters
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until well combined.
- If using natural casings, soak them in water for about 30 minutes, then rinse and prepare them according to the package instructions.
- Stuff the prepared casings with the chicken mixture, twisting every 10 cm to form sausages, or shape the mixture into patties if not using casings.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or on a BBQ grill over medium heat.
- Cook the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
- Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
