Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 400 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Natural casings (optional) - 2 meters

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until well combined.
  3. If using natural casings, soak them in water for about 30 minutes, then rinse and prepare them according to the package instructions.
  4. Stuff the prepared casings with the chicken mixture, twisting every 10 cm to form sausages, or shape the mixture into patties if not using casings.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or on a BBQ grill over medium heat.
  6. Cook the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
  7. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
