- Greek yogurt - 400 grams
- Granola - 100 grams
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
- Banana - 1 medium, sliced
- Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams
Steps
- In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and honey, and mix until well combined.
- In two serving bowls, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer in each bowl.
- Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices on top of the granola in each bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and half of the chopped almonds over the fruit layer in each bowl.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, and almonds.
- Serve immediately, or chill for a few minutes before enjoying.
