Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 400 grams
  • Granola - 100 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 200 grams
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and honey, and mix until well combined.
  2. In two serving bowls, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer in each bowl.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices on top of the granola in each bowl.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and half of the chopped almonds over the fruit layer in each bowl.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, mixed berries, banana, chia seeds, and almonds.
  7. Serve immediately, or chill for a few minutes before enjoying.
