  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pork patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on a separate pan or in the oven.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the pork patty, tomato slices, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
  6. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
