  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the picanha beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the beef mixture into two equal patties, about 2.5 cm thick.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on the grill or pan, then place the patties on it.
