  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Sliced avocado - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped shallot, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Finely chop the duck breast and combine it with the spice mixture, forming a well-blended meat mixture.
  3. Shape the duck mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
