- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 whole-grain burger buns
- Lettuce leaves - for serving
- Tomato slices - for serving
- Avocado slices - for serving
- Low-fat yogurt - for serving
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
