- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
Steps
- Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then chop them finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green beans, cooked quinoa, oats, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats as needed.
- Form the mixture into two burger patties.
