  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then chop them finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green beans, cooked quinoa, oats, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats as needed.
