- Alcatra beef - 300 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2 units
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Pickles - 4 slices
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the alcatra beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cheese-topped patty, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with a side of your choice.
