Ingredients

  • Agar-agar powder - 5 grams
  • Water - 250 milliliters
  • Coconut milk - 100 milliliters
  • Mango - 100 grams, diced
  • Pineapple - 100 grams, diced
  • Strawberries - 100 grams, sliced
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add coconut milk, sugar, and lime juice. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. In two serving glasses, layer the diced mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries.
  4. Pour the agar-agar mixture over the fruit until the glasses are filled. Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the glasses to the refrigerator and let them set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
