- Agar-agar powder - 5 grams
- Water - 250 milliliters
- Coconut milk - 100 milliliters
- Mango - 100 grams, diced
- Pineapple - 100 grams, diced
- Strawberries - 100 grams, sliced
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add coconut milk, sugar, and lime juice. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- In two serving glasses, layer the diced mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries.
- Pour the agar-agar mixture over the fruit until the glasses are filled. Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the glasses to the refrigerator and let them set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
