  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium
  • Onion - 1 medium
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth - 250 ml
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and turmeric.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and brown on both sides for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  6. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir well.
  8. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  9. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, cover, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender.
