  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 small, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Vegetable broth - 150 ml

Steps

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
