- Squid - 150 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- White wine - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Crusty bread - for serving
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink.
- Add the mussels and squid to the skillet. Pour in the white wine and cover the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and the squid is tender.
- Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve hot with crusty bread on the side to soak up the delicious sauce.
