  • Squid - 150 grams, cleaned and cut into rings

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • White wine - 100 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Crusty bread - for serving

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink.
  3. Add the mussels and squid to the skillet. Pour in the white wine and cover the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open and the squid is tender.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before serving.
