- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 15 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Salt - 5 grams
- Black pepper - 2 grams
- Paprika - 5 grams
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- After marinating, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dredge each piece of marinated chicken in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess flour.
- Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
