Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into even pieces to ensure uniform cooking, then add them to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the grilled chicken warm, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
