Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
