  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Chicken broth - 250 ml
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin, and sauté until browned on all sides, about 7-10 minutes.
