- Pale Ale beer - 200 ml

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the beer, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for maximum flavor.
