Ingredients

  • Flank steak (fraldinha) - 500 grams
  • Pale Ale beer - 200 ml
  • Garlic cloves - 4, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the beer, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for maximum flavor.

  4. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off. Discard the marinade.
