  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the chicken and garlic.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the zoodles are warmed through.
