- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated

- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the chicken and garlic.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the zoodles are warmed through.
