- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant green. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked broccoli to the skillet and stir well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
