  • Canned chickpeas - 100 grams, drained and rinsed
  • Fresh basil - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 60 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
