  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
