Ingredients

  • Queijo Coalho (grilling cheese) - 200 grams

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the Queijo Coalho into 2 cm cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cheese cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Thread the marinated cheese cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each cube.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
