- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4
Steps
- Cut the Queijo Coalho into 2 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the cheese cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
