Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or cod) - 300 grams
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Garlic cloves, minced - 2
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 15 grams
  • Paprika - 5 grams
  • Salt - 5 grams
  • Black pepper - 2 grams
  • Bell pepper, cut into squares - 100 grams
  • Zucchini, sliced - 100 grams
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the white fish fillets into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the fish cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the fish is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes (if using) to prevent burning.
  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  6. Thread the marinated fish cubes, bell pepper squares, and zucchini slices onto the skewers, alternating between fish and vegetables.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  8. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
