Ingredients
- White fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or cod) - 300 grams
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Garlic cloves, minced - 2
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 15 grams
- Paprika - 5 grams
- Salt - 5 grams
- Black pepper - 2 grams
- Bell pepper, cut into squares - 100 grams
- Zucchini, sliced - 100 grams
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4
Steps
- Cut the white fish fillets into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the fish cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes (if using) to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated fish cubes, bell pepper squares, and zucchini slices onto the skewers, alternating between fish and vegetables.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
