  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
