Steps

  1. Using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles from the two medium zucchinis and set them aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
