  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cubed pumpkin and water. Bring to a boil and cook until the pumpkin is tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the pumpkin and mash it until smooth. Return the mashed pumpkin to the saucepan.
  3. Add the sugar, grated coconut, cinnamon, and clove powder to the mashed pumpkin. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 20-25 minutes or until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. You can shape it into small squares or serve it in bowls.
