- Grated coconut - 30 grams
- Water - 100 milliliters

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cornmeal, sugar, salt, and cinnamon powder.
- Gradually add the coconut milk and water to the dry ingredients, stirring well to prevent lumps.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated coconut until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased mold or bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, unmold the cuscuz doce onto a serving plate and garnish with fresh fruits as desired.
