  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
