Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the thick stems, keeping the leaves whole.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Toss the kale leaves in the oil mixture until they are well coated.
