Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the tambaqui ribs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
