Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the heart of palm, then cut it into thick slices.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the heart of palm slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
