Steps
- Begin by draining and rinsing the coração de palma under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the heart of palm into 1 cm thick rounds.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the sliced coração de palma to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly golden.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice.
