  • Condensed milk - 100 ml
  • Coconut milk - 50 ml
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, coconut milk, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour the coconut and passion fruit mixture into the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the skillet.
  4. Season with black pepper to taste and remove from heat.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm or chilled, garnished with additional cilantro and lime zest if desired.
