- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
