Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Lime juice - 60 ml
  • Olive oil - 30 ml
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
