  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and peel the chayotes. Cut them in half and remove the seed.
  3. Slice the chayotes into thin pieces.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced chayote to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
