Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and peel the chayotes. Cut them in half and remove the seed.
- Slice the chayotes into thin pieces.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chayote to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
